Rules that win runs

• Dash through attacks, not away. Late sideways dashes beat charges.
• Status = buildup bar. Per-hit fills to 100%; decays between hits; can’t re-apply while active.
• Bleeding enemies take ~+50 bonus physical damage per hit.
• Dual wield: two of the same family (swords/daggers/wands) attack together, −40% damage and status per weapon.
• Unspent gold dies with you. Blessings > gear > savings.
• Potions at half HP, not at the grave.
• Unknown nodes are fights, not loot.

Hub upgrade order

The boss ladder

Gorilla (mid-boss) → Wendigo (loot pool + new difficulty) → … → Lady Blight / throne (new difficulty confirmed) → further tiers, to be confirmed.

Bosses drop Boss Essence (→ blacksmith crafts boss armor) and trophies that stay active even unequipped.

Stat effects (from the equipment screen)
